HDP high weather resistance color coated board adopts HDP polyester coating, which has good durability and adopts high molecular weight resin. High weather resistance polyester resin is synthesized with a monomer containing cyclohexane structure to achieve a balance of flexibility, weather resistance and cost of the resin. Aromatic-free polyols and polyacids are used to reduce the resin's absorption of UV light to achieve high weather resistance of the coating, and ultraviolet absorbers and histamines are added to the coating formula to improve the weather resistance of the paint film.
